Double-Eye Leaf Springs For 3,500 lb Axles to Replace 25-3/4 Inch Worn Springs
Question:
Hi etrailer, I have a 2015 Aspen Trail 2460RLS. It has 3500# tandem axles that are 4 leaf and 1 3/4inch wide. My current leaf springs are in bad shape. Two are basically flat and measure 26 1/4. One has some curve left and measures 25 3/4. The other is broken. I think the 27inch is too long and the 23 1/8 is too short. Any ideas?

I do have ideas, and you are right the ones you mentioned are too long (27") or too short (23-1/8"). So what you can do is just go with the 4,000 lb rated leaf springs for a bit more strength and the proper length. Since your 25-3/4" springs have a bit of curve left, you can replace them with the 25-1/4" springs:
