The Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550046 is designed for flatbed trucks with a 2-5/16" recessed gooseneck ball. The main requirement is that the top of the gooseneck ball must be 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed for the hitch to install.

Since I don't know the exact deck style you have, it would also be good to match up the measurements on the Recon to make sure it fits. The base of the adapter measures 22" x 22". The part that fits into the recessed cavity measures 8" long x 5" wide.
