How Many Batteries Can the NOCO Commercial Grade Battery Box for Group 4D Batteries Hold

Question:

I may have missed it, but how are the batteries secured inside the box? In other words, what keeps them from rattling around? This is especially important to me since I may start with 1 battery and then move to 2 at a later date. Thanks,

The Commercial Grade Battery Box for Group 4D Batteries # 329-HM408 is designed specifically for one group 4D battery so it's sized to not allow the battery to move around within the box. Because of this there isn't a strap or mounting to hold a battery in place.

Depending on the battery size you're choosing there might be a battery box designed to fit multiple that would have a way to prevent movement between the batteries. If you could provide me with more details of the battery you're installing I'd be happy to look.
