Does Tray Need to Be Removed From Stromberg Carlson Tray Cargo Carrier to Change Out Propane Tank
Question:
I am a full time rver so I was wanting to buy this mount to put a back up generator on top of it my question is when u have to change out the propane tanks would i have to disconnect the 3 main mounting brackets on the frame or would i still be able to slip the propane cover off and change out the tanks?

The overall height of the Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray Cargo Carrier for A-Frame Trailers # CC-255 is 29" above your trailer frame and the sidewall is only about 1/2" tall so you'll need to be able to remove your propane cover with about 28-1/2" of height clearance.
If you don't have that clearance then you'll either need to remove the tray or split your propane cover open if it has the option to separate apart. I would opt for removing the screws from the propane shell to avoid messing with the hardware for the cargo tray since that is holding up weight.
