In order to calculate ground clearance what is the distance from frame rail to foot pad on this jack in retracted position.

The distance from the bottom of the trailer frame to the foot plate on the Ultra-Fab Power Twin II Electric Stabilizer, # UF39-941705, will be 5 inches when it is in the retracted position. The legs on this jack can be extended to 30 inches.
