Rhino-Rack Crossbar Fit Kit # MUBK for Thule/Yakima/Inno crossbars include four u-bolts that measure, according to my contact at Rhino-Rack, as follows:

u-bolt material diameter = 3/16-inch
space inside the two legs = 1-1/2-inches
u-bolt leg length = 2-5/8-inches
plastic adapter block = 2-1/4-inches x 1=3/4-inches

These dimensions are noted on the attached photo that I have edited for you.
