Can The Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount Be Used In A Gen-Y Rebel Stacked Receiver
Question:
Can this be used with a Gen-y rebel hitch ? Thanks

Physically the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount for 2" Hitches # AMSC2 would fit into various Gen-Y Rebel stacked receivers, but Gen-Y only recommends using their own ball mounts to avoid any issues with capacity. The # AMSC2 would sit so far out of the receiver that you're now adding more leverage and lessening the capacity to an unknown number.
If you look at any Rebel stacked receiver, such as the # GY92FR, you'll notice that the shank they use is much shorter than a traditional ball mount shank to avoid placing extra leverage on the mount and dropping the capacity.
