The only possible option we have for a 5th wheel hitch for your 2022 Ram 3500 cab and chassis is if it has a flat bed, or if you had a metal worker fabricate a metal plate, bracing and gussets. If so you would need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 which would allow you to mount the B&W Companion Flatbed Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # BWRVK3050.
