Replacement Tankless Water Heater for Atwood Unit

Question:

I have a 2000 Beaver Patriot Monticello with 2 slide outs with a leaky Atwood EHM 6-SM hot water heater. The Atwood works in tandem with a Hurricane CO45 diesel heater with a heat exchanger for the engine. Besides fixing the leaky Atwood water heater I need to replace some other parts in the system like the water pump and the heat exchanger unit - all of which Im sure will not be a quick project. So, while Im sorting all that out, I was hoping I could temporarily bypass the Atwood water heater and install small individual inline electric heaters for the kitchen and bathroom faucets like the portable showers use so I could still have hot water. Do you have any small on demand heaters that would fit that type of use? I found you guys searching for some answers and found your QandA section and your answers sounded right on-so I hope you can help me also. I uploaded a few pictures to show what Im up against. It needs to be gutted and replaced.

We have tankless water heaters but I believe that would be more of a permanent install than you are looking for. If you are interested in a full replacement in that style a Furrion like the part # FR98SR would work great but if you were really wanting something smaller there aren't any options for that. The power consumption of a small electric water heater that would actually function would be too much for RVs.
