Recommended Suspension Enhancement for a 4WD 2002 Toyota 4Runner

Question:

I have 2002 4runner with a 3 lift. Rear is sagging when pulling my 6x12 enclosed trailer. There is 8 3/4 between the frame and the axle. What will I need for the Timbren SES Kit or the Sumo load correction bump stop including the proper spacers. the 4 runner is a 4 wheel drive if that matters

You're going to want to go with the set of Timbrens item # TABSTOR4R you were looking at. The only SumoSprings available for the 4WD 2002 Toyota 4Runner are for the front end item # SS84PV.

The Timbren Active Off-Road Bumpstops item # TABSTOR4R have a 2,000 lbs capacity. Since your 4Runner has a 3" lift you will also need two of the Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles item # TA25723-90AD00. The kit already comes with two but purchasing a couple more will give you two 1" spacers on each side which should be plenty to compensate for your 3" lift.

You will need to supply two new bolts because the ones included with the kit won't work with the extra spacer.
