Hello, Once the Straight Tongue Trailer Coupler is connected to the tow ball, how tight do you make it? Is there a specific wrench used? Thanks,

You do not need to use a wrench to tighten the hand wheel of the Fulton Coupler with Hand Wheel Latch part # F3080217 that you referenced. You would just need to hand tighten it and it would be tight enough.
