To verify the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G is going to work with your 2012 Chevrolet Silverado with a 4" lift you are going to need to take some measurements. This adapter is height adjustable from 12"-16". While this is important for verifying the height from your bed to pin box a more important measurement is the height from the top of your bed rails to the underside of the 5th wheel when level. It is recommended to have 6" of air gap between your bed rails and the underside of the 5th wheel. This allows room for the trailer to pitch when on hills. You need to make sure you have the 6" and then measure the distance from pin box to gooseneck ball.

You may need to add a lift to the 5th wheel like the Correct Track # RR23QX to keep the trailer from riding unlevel when connected to your Silverado. This lift provides either 1-1/4" or 2-1/4" of lift. If you require more lift than this to keep the trailer level while connected to your lifted truck please let me know how much lift you need.
