Can Anti-Rattle Device Be Used with Curt Easy Mount Bracket for Trailer Wiring C58000

Can I use a hitch tightener with part Item # C58000 installed on my hitch?

The only anti-rattle device type that can't be used with the Curt Easy Mount Bracket part # C58000 would be the U-bolt style since that would interfere with the bracket. Threaded hitch pins would not be an issue at all.
