Can Curt Weight Distribution System # C17057 Use 2-5/16 inch Hitch Ball
Question:
Can I put a 2-5/16inch ball on this model of wdh? I currently have the Blue Ox with 1000lbs tongue weight spring bars and I dont think they are strong enough for my trailer. Loaded Im closer to 1200lbs tongue weight. I have a 25inch airstream and need the 2-5/16 ball.

Expert Reply:
Yes you can use a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball with the Curt weight distribution system part # C17057 that you referenced. For that the part # C40030 would work great. You are over the tongue weight rating of your current system so it would be time to upgrade and the Curt # C17057 would work great.
