Question:
does this kit require drilling thru side of frame or do brackets line up with factory holes? thanks, kit HT31563-686. Truck is a 2013 ford f250 crew cab short bed.

The Husky Custom Base Rail Kit # HT31408-686 will install using the existing holes in your 2013 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Short Bed. Since this is a custom fit bracket you will not need to drill holes into the frame of your truck.
The Husky Universal Base Rail Installation Kit # HT31563-686 that you referenced is not a custom fit, and it will likely require drilling into the vehicle frame for installation.
