A "bad calibration" error for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 means that the zero point calibration needs to be reset. This could also be a sign that your rear external sensor is going bad or has a loose connection.
I would first start by ensuring that the system has enough power by plugging into shore power. This system requires 12.75 volts in order to operate and anything under that tends to cause issues. From there I would locate the rear sensor, which should be attached to a crossmember either directly between the rear jacks or behind them. You'll want to check for loose connections or signs of corrosion.
From there I would check the control module # LC304136 for any loose connections and or signs of corrosion. You can also check both sides of the fuses with a circuit tester # PTW2993 to ensure power is being sent to the legs. From there you would work your way out to the legs and test for power at each leg.
If all your connections are good and then I would manually lower the jacks 6" and complete a Zero Point Calibration. You can use a 3/8-inch drive ratchet and extension on the top port of the jacks. If this isn't easily accessible then you can also access the bottom ports and use a 5/16-inch socket.
In the troubleshooting section of the owner's manual Lippert says to just replace the control module # LC304136 if you see the "Bad Calibration" error but I would physically check everything first to see if there's just a minor/fixable issue instead of just throwing money at it and hoping it solves the issue.
