Should Air Bag Kit with Spacer Make Contact on Truck Frame

Question:

I have a 2015 Ram 3500 DRW 4X4 that had a lift on it when I bought it. I bought the Airlift 7500XL AL57595 bags and after measuring, got the 2inch Universal air bag spacers AL52420. Here is my conundrum If I install the bags with the 2inch spacer, even at full droop, I have to compress the bag slightly to make it fit. If I remove the spacer and lower the truck off the jacks, there is about 1 1/4 inch gap between the top of the bag bracket and the mount. I am worried that if I use the spacers, the ride will be even rougher than it already is. Any advice?

You'll want to use your Air Lift bags part # AL57595 with the lift spacers # AL52420 that you referenced. Having the bags make contact is not a problem and you'll use the air pressure in the bags to provide the support. Finding the sweet spot between support and ride quality is standard when using air bag kits like this.
