The Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA only includes the left and right side brake assemblies for one axle. You will need 2 hub/drums like the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K which fits a standard #84 spindle which is found on most 3,500lb trailer axles. These hubs have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If you have a different size spindle or bolt pattern please let me know and I can help you find the correct hub/drums.
