Correct Matching Bearing Kit for Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 7" - 2,000 Lbs
Question:
I am refurbishing a 1997 dual axle travel trailer with 2000lb dexter axles. I was looking at getting 2 sets of your 7 AKEBRK-2 brake sets and wondering what bearings and seals I should get also. Thanks,

If you're looking for bearings and seals to match the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-2 you'd need the Bearing Kit for 1" BT8 Spindle part # BK1-100. The other option would be to go with a new hub/drum and in which case you'd want to use the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-545-2-1K. It's more money to get a new hub and drum obviously but this option is pre-greased so it's much less of a mess to replace.
