Why Is There No # 84 Drop Spindle Available?

Expert Reply:
2" drop spindles are not common which is why they're not available.
Your only option is going with the 4" drop version # TRU87FR, or trying to come up with a way to make a non-drop #84 spindle # TRU77FR work for your application.
Spindles like these are really for custom fabrication shops to use as needed, so you'll want to have these welded on by a qualified welder, and can take it to a fabrication shop to see if they can turn one into a 2" drop spindle for your application as well.
