Will this mount fit onto Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars? Id like to fit 3 bikes across on my 2019 Ford Fiesta, and am considering that rack with these mounts.

Yes, the RockyMounts TieRod Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # RKY1012 will fit on the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars like the # RRVA118S-2.
The RockyMounts TieRod Roof Mounted Bike Carrier # RKY1012 fits round, square, aero/elliptical and most factory crossbars. With the Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars being an Aero style crossbar, the TieRod rack will work with them.
