Where Does Lower Bracket of Thule Yepp Bike Luggage Rack # TH12020946 Attach
Question:
Are the vertical arms supposed to attach directly to the rear axle bolt, or are there supposed to be bolts included to attach to eyelets on the bike frame? The one I received came with all of the pictured included parts, i.e., only 2 bolts for 4 contact points, so am unsure how to attach it around the rear wheel. I have a Brooklyn Bedford bike with bolts, not quick release, wheels. Thanks for your assistance.

Yes, the lower mount of the Thule Yepp Bike Luggage Rack # TH12020946 that you referenced does attach to the axle which is why there isn't hardware for that included. The upper brackets attach to the bike frame. If you check out the attached review video for this rack you can see more info on how it installs.
