Does the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit for 3,500 Lb Axle Come with Rubber Plugs

Do these come with the rubber plugs that cover the adjusting holes in the backplate? Do I need to order these separately?

Yes, the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # 23-468-469 comes with rubber plugs which will be used to cover the acess holes at the bottom of the backing plate used to adjust the brakes. I have attached a photo below that shows these.
