I recommend checking out the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter for Recessed Bal # DM8550046 for your application.
This hitch is designed for trucks with your setup and is compatible as long as the top of the gooseneck ball is 13/16" or closer to the top of the truck bed. The only time it isn't compatible with a setup is if you have a high-rise gooseneck hitch ball or a 5th wheel with a rotating pin box (although most rotating pin boxes can be locked out).
