Can a Black Widow E-Bike Carrier Be Used On A Dodge Durango That Is Being Flat Towed?

Can you tow a dodge Durango with a black widow aluminum double e bike carrier. We have a 29 foot c class rv

I did some research and it appears that the Black Widow e-bike carrier you're referring to is not rated to be on the back of a flat towed vehicle.
You'd need to use something like the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR you were looking at if you wanted a high-capacity bike rack that is also compatible with a flat towed vehicle.
