Are Curt Spring Bars Compatible With Fastway e2 Weight Distribution Hitch  

Question:

I have a fastway round bar distribution hitch and what a new round bar with chains to hook to the trailer. Can I use a Replacement Spring Bar for Curt MV Weight Distribution System - 1,000 lbs TW Item # C17073 with my fastway hitch?

For the most part, weight distribution hitch parts are not compatible across brands. That is the case with Fastway and Curt. The # C17073 cannot be used with the Fastway # FA94-00-1061.

If you truly want to use these Curt spring bars you would need to switch systems and get the # C17052. However, I would stick with the Fastway since this will be a downgrade in quality as well as performance. You will also lose your sway control unless you add the # 17200.
