2-Wire to 3-Wire Tail Light Converter For Connecting 2003 Lance Truck Camper To 7-Way Blade

Question:

Good afternoon, and thanks for advance you assistance. My wife and I have recently purchased a 2003 lance truck camper. We have been placing orders through etrailer. My question: the lance camper we purchased had a 7 round pin style connection , however that was not compatible with our purchased Item # 50-97-410 7 blade connection. Due to this incompatible I converted the lance camper 7 round connection into a 7 blade connection, however I am unable to wire the conversation correctly to make the lights on the truck camper to respond correctly. To my best ability I have followed wiring diagrams but still miss the mark . I’ve read the QandA converting from 7 way round to 7 way connector . Maybe I need to order item 119130 to allow this to be converted correctly?

A 7-way blade connection will combine the turn signals and brake lights where a 7-way pin connection keeps these functions separate. A Curt 2 to 3 Wire Tail Light Converter # C56196 is needed to separate these functions back to 3 separate wires. Do note this will not work if the lights on your Lance are LED. For LED lights you will also need to add Resistors # P230004A to each circuit so there is enough power draw to trick the circuit. I have included an image below with the wiring points for both 7-ways.
