Yes, it can. The Aluminum Hi-Spec Series 04 Star Mag Trailer Wheel item # AM20305 is a 14" x 5-1/2" rim with a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern. It has a 1,900 lbs per wheel, the pilot diameter is 3.19", and the rim has zero offset.

We do not have this wheel available as a wheel tire combo with a Goodyear Endurance. An alternative wheel tire combo with this wheel would be the Loadstar ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" Aluminum Wheel item # AM3S434.
