In regards to the Dexter Electric Brake Kit part # 23-450-451 which uses the Replacement Magnet Kit for Dexter 12-1/4" Electric Brake Assembly part # BP01-301, the magnet is held onto the arm with a retaining clip included with the magnet. If you need help installing this, you can check out the video I attached for you below just skip to around the 5:45 mark. In order to remove the magnet, repeat the same steps in reverse.
