On the 3 step telescoping gunwale ladder, what is the distance from the apex of the hook to the stand-offs and are the stand-off moveable up or down ?

The Jif Marine Telescoping Gunwale Hook Ladder # JIF28FR measures 38" from the apex of the hook to the bottom step. The spacing between each rung is 11.5". That would make the measurement to the stand-offs from the apex of the hook 26.5" and 15" if you moved the stand-offs to the top step, which can be done.
