I recommend checking out the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for Flatbed Trucks # BWGNRK1500 for your 1995 Ford F-350 cab and chassis. This gooseneck hitch is designed to be modified for flatbed trucks but you should be able to modify it to fit your cab and chassis as well.
