Will 350 lb Top Tier Crossbar Rating for Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer Handle Rooftop Tent

The 350 lb rating for the top crossbars on the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129 has to do with the dynamic (or moving) weight capacity. Yakima doesn't list the static (non-moving) weight capacity, but pretty much all rooftop tent manufacturers say if the crossbars can handle 165 lbs then the crossbars are strong enough for the weight of the rooftop tent as well as the people it can hold.
