Can A Grille Guard from a 2020 Ram 1500 Be Used On a 2020 Ram 2500?

I have a 20/20 Dodge ram 2500 and I have an HDX grill guard off of a 2020 Dodge ram 1500 I need mounting brackets for my truck. What mounting system number do I need to order?

Unfortunately since these mounting kits are not only specific to the grille guard they are also specific to the vehicle as well.

That means you can't just swap the grille guard over between vehicles, you'd have to get a new grill guard and that would come with the correct mounting hardware.

For instance, if you had the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Black Powder Coated Steel # 57-3975 then the correct mounting hardware is the Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate # W67FR which only works for that grille guard / vehicle.

Realistically what you'd need to do instead is sell your current grille guard and get one that fits your vehicle, like the Westin HDX Grille Guard with Punch Plate - Polished Stainless Steel # WE34FR.

I know it's not the most ideal situation, but unfortunately that is your only choice apart from fabricating your own setup.
