The Dexter # 8-430-5UC3 and 008-430-05 are the same hub and drum assembly. They use the same bearings and seals, the same oil cap kit, have the same capacity, and fit axles manufactured after 2009.
The only difference between the part numbers is that the # 8-430-5UC3 is the full kit that comes with everything. The bearings, races, oil seal, and oil cap kit are all included. The 008-430-05 does not include these, or in some cases comes with only the bearings and races.
