Is the Solenoid # PK5231201 a Normally Open or Closed Circuit?

Hello, I’m assuming this is a normally open solenoid?

The Solenoid # PK5231201 is a normally open circuit. When it does not have power from an ignition source the circuit is opened and broken not allowing power to flow through the solenoid. When power is applied from an ignition source it closes the circuit and power can transfer through the solenoid.
