Does Install of Buyers Products Flat Bed Bumper Hitch Using 6 Bolts Allow Full Towing Capacity

If I purchase the buyers hitch for flatbed trucks. 34 inch wide. Are the six bolts enough to safely pull a small equipment trailer and small tractor. Probably 8000 lbs.or does It need welding

Yes, if you install the Buyers Products Flatbed Bumper Hitch Plate w/ 2" Receiver # 3371809055 using bolts in the 6 holes would adequately secure the hitch and allow you to tow a trailer up to 17,000 lb.
