To add a front hitch to your RV on a 2021 Ford E-Series Cutaway chassis I recommend checking out the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Service Body Trailer Hitch Receiver # 41990-07.
This is a weld-on installation that gives you a 2" receiver that most accessories work with. Since there aren't any custom-fit hitches for the front of your RV you're going to have to go with more of a universal-type fit like this to accomplish what you're wanting to do.
