Will Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars Work on a 1995 Ford Bronco with Side Exhaust
Question:
I have a 1995 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer that has nerf bars already, but these are 51inch long and will interfere with installing side exhaust tail pipes in front of the rear wheel much like the Mercedes G Wagon. Do you happen to have a 48inch stainless steel bar that will fit my truck and that can be lowered to 4inch below the edge of rocker panel? Tks

I might have an option for you but we don't have custom kits for your vehicle with aftermarket modifications. The nerf bars are all going to be designed for models with factory exhaust therefore there is nothing under the rocker panel to interfere. In order to make any of our steps work you'd need to make modifications i.e. trimming the bars and or possibly modifying the brackets. The Westin E-Series Round Nerf Bars part # 23-0530 might be our best option, I have attached a photo that shows where they install as well as a photo of them installed on a Bronco. They look like they might clear the exhaust but we can't confirm this. I don't have any measurements to provide either unfortunately, it will be really be up to you to determine fit as this is a custom application.
