Does Roadmaster Exact Center Stabilizer for 2018 Thor Four Winds 24F Use More than 150 Ft lb Torque

Question:

I have a 2018 Thor Four Winds 24F C-Class Motorhome and want to install your Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer w/ Custom Brackets Code: RM47MR that states on your website will fit my vehicle. My question is will I need more than 150 ft lbs of torque to not only remove the existing Steering Stabilizer currently attached to my Class C vehicle mentioned above, but to attach the Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer as well? If the answer is yes, awesome. If not, know this. My current torque wrench can reach 250 ft lbs. Do you know if my current torque wrench will be able to be able to properly detach the existing bolts? And if I use a 150 ft lb torque stick will I be able to attach and torque the new Roadmaster Steering Stabilizer?

The install of the Roadmaster Exact Center Steering Stabilizer part # RM47MR does not require more than 150 ft lbs of torque. It's not a great idea to use a torque wrench as a breaker bar to loosen hardware. And I'm saying that as someone who has borrowed their current employer's expensive torque wrench and done so in the past. It might be fine but it has potential to screw up the calibration of the wrench.
