What is Spring Seat to Spring Seat Dimension of Dexter 7k Trailer Axle 8327834
Question:
I am upgrading from 5200lbs tandem axles to 7000lbs axles on my 16ft v nose enclosed trailer. Were do I need to weld the new mounting brackets on my trailer?

The spring seat brackets on your trailer frame would need to be located at 80 inches on center for the Dexter 7k trailer axle part # 8327834 to fit. Otherwise if you were ordering a new axle the best choice would be to order one that has the same spring seat bracket dimensions as you have now so it would bolt right up.
