Can SumoSprings SS26MV Work with 4-5/8 inches Clearance Between Spring Plate and Frame

Question:

Part number SS26mv that you referenced for my 5th wheel, will it work with 4 5/8inch from top of my spring plate to the bottom of my frame? The width of my spring plate is good, the height is what Im wondering. I know the spring cant be compressed more that 60.

The SumoSprings kit part # SS26MV that you referenced needs to have clearance of between 5-5/16 and 6-1/2 inch so your 4-5/8 inch dimension would be too small. Are the springs possibly worn out and in need of replacing and that's why the clearance is lower?
