Should 7-Way Brake Output Circuit be Active with Curt Echo Mobile Brake Controller
Question:
Should I still get power on voltage meter on the 7pin labeled electric brake when pressing the brake pedal for an echo controller to work? I have a 2019 Z71 Colorado

You do not need to have power on the brake output circuit of your 7-way to use the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180. Even if there was power there it would dead end into the Echo which essentially takes over it.
