The only way to determine what your pin box's bolt pattern is would be to either get the serial number/RPO number off the tag on the pin box or to use the attached guide below to measure the bolts and crossover those measurements on the included charts to determine the pattern. Once we have the bolt pattern we can then find the correct replacement depending on what you're needs are.

If you experiencing side-to-side, front-to-back, or up-and-down motion from your trailer then we have different solutions to help address the issue. I'll also need to know the GVWR of your trailer to ensure the replacement is rated high enough for the trailer's weight.
