Does The Fold Of The Denver Mattress Folding Mattress Affect The Comfort Level

Question:

We have a Thor 2016 Axis 25.2 with A slide Out REAR end push out that allows the bed to extend length wise. When extending the push out the folded mattress unfolds and when we retract we fold it back. The problem is, when sleeping the fold is horizontal across the bed and the seam is very noticeable and very uncomfortable on my back. Will the mattress recommended resolve this issue?

The seam on the Denver Mattress Comfort Choice RV Folding Mattress # DE53ZR isn't as noticeable since the design doesn't allow for a gap between the two pieces, but there is a difference in the thickness of the mattress pieces that would be very noticeable if your folding bed frame doesn't have a difference in height for it to match up with.

I completely understand the back pain though as I experience it myself when I go camping with my family. We ended up just buying some of the egg crate mattress toppers and cutting them down to fit the beds and it's been a night and day difference.
