While we do not carry a Dexter 3,500lb axle in the dimensions you are needing we do have the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension. You can get this with either Idler Hubs # A35RS545 or Electric Brakes # A35RS545E. These will bolt directly to your frame rails and use a rubber spring suspension which is superior to traditional leaf springs.
