Can Blue Ox Adjustable 2-Ball Mount Be Used Upside Down
Question:
Can you use it upside down to get the 10” rise? Or do you just mean it is adjustable up or down in one position?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can use the Blue Ox Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # BLU65XR upside down. That is exactly what the rise position is, and where the 10-1/8" rise measurement comes from. It just so happens that for this ball mount the rise and drop measurement are the same.
