I recommend going with the Fastway e2 # FA92-00-0800 to pull your 2021 Rockwood Roo 19 Hybrid travel trailer. This hitch is rated for a trailer up to 8,000lbs with a tongue weight of 400-800lbs. Your Rockwood has a dry tongue weight of 448lbs which will be closer to the middle of the capacity of the hitch once you add gear to the camper. The Fastway e2 integrates sway control with the weight distribution and it will not require removal like a Friction Sway Bar # 17200. You will need a 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # EQ91-00-6100 along with a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 as well.
