How Does Yakima Zipstrip Bike Rack Frame Cradles Get Replaced

Need instructions taking out existing cradles and replacing them with the new cradles.

On the bottom of the arms of the bike rack there will be two screws that you can remove that will allow you to remove the end caps which will then allow you to slide off the frame cradle strap assemblies and then you can slide in the new Replacement Anti-Sway Cradle and ZipStrips # Y8890302.
