Replacement Jack For Snap Ring Shelby Model 5751 Jack That Has 2-1/2" Snap Ring Mount
Question:
I have a Shelby swivel jack, model 5751, capacity 750 lb. The bracket is welded onto my trailer tongue. The stub onto which the jack swivels is 2.5. As Im sure you are aware, Shelby no longer is in business. Jack still functions but has a patina of rust and is probably 30 years old. I dont want to relocate the jack mounting point or cut off the jack mounting bracket if I can help it. That leaves me with the need for a swivel jack with a 2.5inch snap ring hole. It can be a heavier duty unit as well. Most important is the 2.5inch measurement. Thoughts? Thanks

We have either The Top-Wind # BD151464 or Side-Wind # BD151110 jack. Both will fit on a 2-1/2" diameter snap ring mount. You will want to verify the dimensions of your bracket to see where the pins line up. The locking pins for these jacks fall on 3" centers, vertically and horizontally(see pic).
