The only base plate kit options we offer for a 2012 Toyota Highlander are from Blue Ox, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX3787. The etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar would pair well with this base plate kit but you'd need part # e67ZR because it's designed for Blue Ox Base Plate Kits.
We don't have any base plate kit options for a 2023 Ford Expedition yet.
